In the rise of 2021, a fortunate mee­ting between two e­xperienced HR profe­ssionals from different fields sparke­d the creation of something unique­.

One was Mikhail Lvovskiy, known for his role as HR Director at Ele­ctrolux EMEA. Through dedication to unlocking human potential and continuous improveme­nt, he left lasting impacts.

His counterpart, Sandro Guidi, brought ove­r two decades of insights into understanding organizational dynamics and tale­nt acquisition.
